HOW TO TELL IF THE PATCH HAS NOT BEEN INSTALLED

List the files in the /sbin directory and check the dates of the io-pkt-v4 file:
	If it is dated May 20 2009, the patch is missing.
	If it is dated Oct 22 2014, the patch is already installed.
